For the past 15+ years I have been running Human Resources on a global level, scaling and restructuring companies, building and establishing people processes, applying remote work and supporting and coaching C-level management teams across four continents (Europe, Africa, Asia and the US). My experience is mostly covering the technology sector, from start- and scaleups to mature tech companies.
I have been leading fully remote and large People and Talent Acquisition teams across Europe, India, Africa and Australia.
That has given me an amazing and valuable experience working with people from very different cultural backgrounds and time zones, allowing me to consult companies and share my knowledge on global markets, ways of working, culture, regulatory and recruitment topics.
I want to share my experiences and create value for companies aspiring for global and/or local growth through people, preventing and solving human resource related problems.
I offer different and flexible ways to cooperate through mentorship, consulting or fractional Human Resource management over longer or shorter time periods.
While working as a Global Head of Human Resources, I noticed that despite the nationality or location, people were limited by their beliefs, mindset, fear, inability to think big and find ways to realise their thoughts and dreams.
My 1:1 conversations with business leaders very often turned into expanding their views rather than fixing their work problems or reporting daily business. Recurring meetings with me didn´t get canceled or changed, which gave me a strong signal of the importance of such conversations for top leaders whose every minute is priceless. I realised the value these conversations create and what coaching is really about.
